Dan Hall & twin brother Dennis in NIH lifelong study of twin brother veterans

Former Glens Falls Mayor Dan Hall and his fraternal twin brother Dennis are service veterans participating in the lifelong federal “Vietnam Era Twin Study of Aging.”

Every five years, the National Institutes of Health provides the men an all expenses paid trip to check their mental and physical agility and other aspects of their health.

New pole barn to aid volunteers who groom Cole’s Woods ski trails

Fort Wiliiam Henry carriage house in redo as event venue, opening in May 2023

Fort William Henry said work begins this month “to transform its historic Carriage House into a new venue for wedding receptions, business meetings and performing arts programs.”

“When it opens in May 2023, The Carriage House, with soaring ceilings, post and beam construction and a wraparound deck overlooking Lake George, will accommodate 460 people in theatre-style seating and more than 300 people for banquets,” said press info.
