Nina A. Dever, 71, of Glens Falls, was struck by a motor vehicle on Broad Street near South Western Avenue Sunday morning, Feb. 6. She was pronounced dead at Glens Falls Hospital.

New Way Lunch plans to reopen on South Street this summer; add outdoor dining

New Way Lunch will reopen on South Street by mid-summer, adding outdoor dining and a “facelift.”

“It’s been really hard having it closed,” Ali Gazetos Mineo told The Chronicle.

New vertical sign on building at South & Glen: REALIZE Brokers

Downtown Glens Falls has a prominent new vertical sign at the corner of South and Glen Streets, courtesy of Realize Brokers.

The real estate firm, founded in June 2020, is a partnership of 2012 Queensbury High School grad Nicholas Ketter and 2013 Glens Falls grad Spencer Bray.
