Rock Hill Cafe update: Aim to move in January

After a series of delays that pushed the project back by several months, Matt Funiciello says he expects to relocate his Rock Hill Bakehouse and Cafe in January to the Shirt Factory annex building in Glens Falls.

Social Security pays an average monthly rent of $16,754 for Cronin Road office

Chronicle News Editor Gordon Woodworth writes: We continue to follow up on last week’s Chronicle scoop that the Social Security Administration will in 2021 move its local office from Cronin Road in Queensbury to the former post office at 70 Warren Street in downtown Glens Falls that has been redeveloped by Peter and Suzanne Hoffman.

Couple sets new eatery at Tallulah

Chef Brian Bowden and his wife Carly Mankouski have leased the former Tallulah’s restaurant on Ridge Street in Glens Falls. They plan to open Radici Kitchen & Bar, “hopefully in early January or at least mid-January.”

Radici means “roots” in Italian, Ms. Mankouski explained.

Stefanik: Independents shun impeachment push
