Liz Joy opts out of Congress run, is Schenectady Co. GOP chair

Glens Falls native Liz Lemery Joy has opted out of a possible run for the 21st Congressional District seat next year.

New New York homes must go all electric

Dog owners anguish

Owners of several of the 21 dogs that died from alleged lack of water and ventilation at Anastasia’s Acres Dog Boarding came to the Sept. 16 Argyle court arraignments of Robert and Anastasia Palulis, who owned the business.
