Craft on 9 Restaurant moving to 274 Glen Street

Craft on 9, the Tallulah-style eatery on Route 9 in Moreau, is doing a total renovation of the former Mikado space in downtown Glens Falls and will relocate there sometime in 2019.

Ash Anand’s latest: Mexican eatery at Ashe’s in Warrensburg

Ash Anand, the India-born Warrensburg entrepreneur, is adding a Mexican restaurant to his growing list of businesses in northern Warren County.

Ocho Cinco Cantina, a 50-seat eatery, should be open by Christmas in his renovated Ashe’s Hotel building at 85 Hudson Street, Mr. Anand told The Chronicle.

David Dammerman bought TD Bank bldg.

The buyer of the former TD Bank building at 237 Glen Street in downtown Glens Falls is investor David Dammerman of Saratoga Springs, The Chronicle has learned.

The long-vacant building that was once the headquarters of First National Bank of Glens Falls, later Evergreen Bank sold for $415,000 on Nov. 16 to 237 Glen LLC.
