Deric Buck, in his fourth year of operating Bay Meadows Golf Club and Bogey’s restaurant in Queensbury, is buying Kingswood Golf Club in Hudson Falls, The Chronicle has learned.

“We have signed a contract,” Mr. Buck confirmed Tuesday. “The tentative closing is in October.”

Peter Shabat’s several properties on South Street in Glens Falls include 46-56 South, seen by some as a potential anchor in the $10-million state-funded revitalization of downtown’s “Street of Dreams.”
