Scoville Jewelers to close at the end of December

Sixty-four years after it opened in the heart of downtown Glens Falls, Scoville Jewelers is closing.

“Debra [Vales] and I are retiring and the store will be closing the end of December,” Chris Scoville told The Chronicle.

Poblano’s Mexican is moving to 14 Ridge

Poblano’s Authentic Mexican Food will relocate from its small “shack” at 199 Warren Street across from Stewart’s to the heart of downtown at 14 Ridge Street, the former location of Hometown Smoothies (directly across from The Chronicle office).
