333 Glen St. offers wedge at Bay & Glen for lease: $1.4-million

The owners of 333 Glen Street — most recently known as the Travelers Building ­ — have put up for commercial lease the half-acre open space where Bay and Glen Streets meet facing the Civil War monument. They’re asking $1,400,000.

Restoring the Lake George statues

Three bronze statues in Lake George Battlefield State Park will get $44,000 in restoration — mostly from private benefactors — in time hopefully to be rededicated by summer, said Battlefield Park Alliance President John DiNuzzo said.

In 21st District, Dems’ enrollment fell 817; GOP rose 1,888 Nov. 1 to Feb. 20

The 21st Congressional District became even more red in the roughly four months after the November election, as the region geared up for an expected special election which has not materialized.
