Clifton Park teen arrested for threat to ‘sh**t up’ Qby. High School

State police arrested a Clifton Park 15-year-old for allegedly making a “threat of mass harm…directed towards Queensbury High School” via social media.

The charges are Making a Terroristic Threat, Criminal Impersonation in the second degree, and Making a Threat of Mass Harm.

FIRST IN THE CHRONICLE: Boy bitten by dog at Balloon Fest; owner not yet identified

Chronicle Staff Writer Zander Frost reports: A 3 year-old boy was reportedly bitten by what was described as a “greyish brown pitbull boxer mix” at the Adirondack Balloon Festival Saturday evening, September 21, at Warren County Airport.

Tyler Ennis told The Chronicle that Trent is his stepson and is recovering well. “He’s a tough little guy.” Mr. Ennis’s girlfriend, Emily Matuszczak, is Trent’s mother.  They live in Gansevoort.

BREAKING: Mayor seeks approval Tuesday to buy former TD Bank site for $1.2-million

Glens Falls Mayor Bill Collins is asking the Common Council to approve this Tuesday, Sept. 24, spending $1.2-million for the city to buy the former TD Banknorth property next to the Queensbury Hotel and across Maple Street from City Park and Crandall Public Library.

GF Police: Teen on bike, driver clash at Centennial Circle; teen fires bb gun

Glens Falls Police said that on Tuesday evening, September 10, at around 5:30 p.m., they responded to an altercation between a teen cyclist and a motorist at Centennial Circle.

Police said, “The incident [as] reported to responding officers was that the driver of the motor vehicle addressed the teenager who was riding the bicycle in the roadway and impeding traffic.”
