The Public Safety and Public Works Committees of the Warren County Board of Supervisors met jointly on Thursday, Sept. 16, to discuss whether to allow motorized “e-bikes” to use the county’s Glens Falls-Lake George Bikeway.

Ice Castle attraction to Lake George

“A frozen fairy-tale world” of Ice Castles is planned for Lake George Village from January through as late as March 2022.

Qby. Hotel will break ground: Adk. Ballroom expansion; still eye rooftop bar

Ground breaking is planned Monday, Oct. 18, for the Queensbury Hotel’s 6,000-foot expansion that will triple the size of the Adirondack Ballroom.

Currently, hotel general manager Tyler Herrick told The Chronicle, “it’s difficult to do a larger group than 200 people for a wedding” in the Adirondack Room.
