Harding Mazzotti Arena in Glens Falls will be the site of the “Upstate Tattoo Expo” Friday to Sunday, June 19 to 21. “Tattoo artists, live tattooing, oddities, collectibles, art, vendors and more,” they say. Tattoo artist and exhibitor spots open. Tickets on sale now or at the door. Tix: $22, $55 weekend adult, $17 and $33 child. Military, student, senior discounts available.
