The January 7 Planning Board meeting was the first to utilize the newly renovated 3rd floor Courtroom/Common Council Chamber at City Hall.
“This is the first time ever there’s been good acoustics in this room in all these decades,” remarked attorney Jon Lapper, who frequently appears here in his professional capacity.
People both within the room and watching on TV have long complained about not being able to hear proceedings.
