The Chronicle Book Fair, founded in 1996, showcases hundreds of authors, publishers and books of all kinds from our region and beyond. A signature local event held annually in late fall, the Chronicle Book Fair fills the first floor of The Queensbury Hotel. Find books about regional history, Lake George, Adirondack outings, travel and photography. Offerings include mysteries, novels, poetry, memoirs, children’s books, biographies, used and antique books, book-related community group displays and much more. We also feature author talks, book sales and signings, children’s activities, panel discussions and readings throughout the day. Admission to the public is free.

Regrettably, we’ve been forced to cancel the 2020 Autumn Leaves Chronicle Book Fair due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This would have been the 25th annual Chronicle Book Fair.
